I want to thank Michelle for her excellent customer service. She was able to resend replacement items to me in a very prompt manner with no hassle even though it was the Post Office who let the original shipment get water damage. I am very pleased with all my items, this was truly a pleasant shopping experience. I will be back for any future John Deere purchases!

I recently ordered several items from your on-line store.After completing the purchase and waiting several days, part of my order arrived and I was very pleased.I then waited for approximately one week for the other item to arrive, JD 36" wood and steel wagon, a christmas gift for my grandson.After fearing that the wagon had not been shipped or lost in transit, I contacted one of your employee's, Marty, via public service and made my inquiry.Marty was very helpful and located the record of my recent purchase. He was also able to determine that only part of my order had been shipped and that the wagon had not been shipped as of this time.Understanding that this was a proposed christmas gift, Marty promised to ship the wagon immediately so as to ensure the wagons arrival prior to christmas. I am writing you to advise that I ded in fact receive the wagon this morning.
