"The Great American Farmer" was a 45 rpm record released by John Deere Co. in 1975 to commerate the upcoming 200th Anniversary of the United States. It portrays the important role American farmers play in our history and an insight inot their way of life, their constant battle with Mother Nature, and rural way-of-life, amidst their own fast declining, populaiton in America today. Ralph Harrison wrote and performed the 4 minute 14 second song. Now, totally remastered with excellent CD sound quality and available in a limited quanity. This special CD comes with jewel case, inserts and label. Very similar artwork to the original offering.
