How to shop online
Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase, you are ready to place your order. You will proceed through a series of five steps.
Step One
Your shopping cart contains all of the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities, and enter coupon codes.
Once you decide you are finished adding products you can proceed to "Checkout" by using the button on right hand column of the Web page.
Step Two
You are asked to enter an email address and sign in as a guest or returning customer.
Step Three
You are asked to provide your shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
Step Four
You will choose you shipping option.
Step Five
You will see a summary of your order. The last step is to for you to confirm and place your order. You may print this order summary for your records if you desire.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation through the email address provided in Step Two, with the details of your order. You will then receive a follow up email when your order ships and your credit card is charged, as well as a tracking number so you can check the status of your order on

How to search for products
You can click on the product category on the left side of the screen to browse the various products or use the search tool located in the upper left corner of each page. Simply enter the name or keyword of a product and click "Go."

Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. is carries a wide selection of "Licensed" John Deere merchandise. However, we try to select the most popular items that are appropriate for ages 0-99. Do you have a printed catalog or literature?
We currently do not have a general catalog of licensed merchandise because items change so frequently. However, please check back on our website frequently because we add new items all the time.

Cancel an Order
If you would like to cancel an order you placed online with us please contact us immediately. Because we try to ship out orders within 24 hours it is best to contact us the same day. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change it and it will be considered a return item. Please email at jacksonlee.pearson@ffni.com or call 1-800-873-0295.
Special Order Items
Please note that items listed as "Special Order" on our site can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Therefore, we can not guarantee that any special order item placed will reach you in time for a special event. If you are interested in a special order item please e-mail us prior to your order and we do our best to determine availability.

| How to create an account
There are two ways to create your own account:
1) Click on "Log on" at the top of any www.jacksonleepearson.com Web page.
2) When placing an order, select "I am a new customer" option and follow the instructions in the checkout.
If you choose to continue as a guest shopper, you'll be able to place an order, but you won't be able to check order status online.

| How to check order status
If you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order by clicking on Log on, then view the status under the "My Recent Orders" table. You must be a registered user to check your order status.

| How to change an account
To make changes your account, click Log on, and then click on "Edit" based on the type of information to be changed. You could also use the links in the "My Account" box that appears as a part of the checkout process.

SHIPPING
www.jacksonleepearson.com usually processes and ships within 24-48 hours except for special order and backordered items. Note: Shipping business days are Monday - Friday only. We pride ourselves in attention to your order. Most packages will arrive within 5-7 days. Please note the map for service area below. However, during seasonal periods, such as Christmas and Father's day, allow approximately 7-10 days. Express Service is available for an additional charge. If for some reason a reasonable amount of time has elapsed and your package has not arrived please contact us and we will make every effort to locate your package. We are willing to utilize other shipping methods at the customers request and we reserve the right to use a different carrier than requested due to postal regulations and restrictions.
Destinations
Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. proud to say that we ship in all 50 states, Canada and some European Countries. Additionally, we proudly support our military personnel and ship to APO/AP addresses. The standard method of shipping to US Territories, Alaska, Hawii and APO/FPO is USPS Priority Mail. Allow 7-10 business days. International shipping may require additional charges (duties) from the importing country. Those additional fees are the solely the responsibility of the customer.
Calculating Your Shipping Charges
UPS Ground - 3 - 7 business days (plus order processing time)
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day (plus order processing time)
UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days (plus order processing time)
UPS 3-Day Select - 3 business days (plus order processing time)
How long will my package take to arrive?
The total delivery time for your order is composed of the processing time plus shipping time. For most items, the processing time is one to two business days. Orders placed after noon will not be processed until the following business day. The shipping time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose.

| Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated for each order based on total weight of the items, the zip code of your shipping destination and shipping method. To determine your shipping rate, add all items to your cart located on the right side of your screen. Input your destination zip code in the shopping cart and click "Calculate shipping rates" to see the shipping options and rates.

| Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive and email with tracking information for UPS shipping or a Delivery Confirmation number for USPS Priority Mail packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return Policy:
Jackson-Lee-Pearson carries only John Deere Licensed merchandise; therefore, we are committed to high quality and value of our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused and in its original packaging. We do NOT refund the original shipping/handling fees.
The following items may NOT be returned:
- Used merchandise
- Special Order items
- Custom embroidery items
- Shrink-wrapped or packaged products that have been opened.
This guarantee must be exercised within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return item shipped to us C.O.D.) Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy: Any order cancelled after being processed will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Shortages: Occasionally errors do occur during fulfillment of an order. Please contact us immediately.
Damages: If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify us within 5 business days.
How to return merchandise:
§ We will take return on all in-stock items up to thirty (30) days of purchase date. In-stock items will be credited for a full return minus shipping costs.
§ All items must be in the original package and in the condition in which they were received.
§ A copy of the invoice MUST accompany the return, note the reason for the return on the invoice.
§ Freight charges will not be refunded or paid by Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. unless prior approval has been granted due to an error in the order.
§ If purchasing the item as a gift, please open and inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it.
